Wink is a streaming service with a large library of content to fit every taste. We had a goal of making the service popular among the sports audience. The venues for this were hockey matches and figure skating events. The first activity is the branded game "15 puzzle" on the touch panel. The goal of the game is to collect a picture with hockey players in a minimum of time. The quickest ones get a QR code containing the link to a monthly Wink subscription. The second activity is an interactive wall with Kinect 2.0 technology.
We created an app that mimics the interface of the Wink website, but is controlled by hand movements. Visitors choose a movie, watch its trailer, and then take part in a quiz. The punchline of the event is the beloved Bullet Time photo zone with a rounded LED screen as a backdrop. Guests themselves choose the background on the tablet and receive a branded GIF video as a keepsake.
Result: 100% engagement from event visitors and hundreds of new service users.
