For large companies with branches all over Russia, ordinary corporate parties are not an option. In order to reach all employees, truly rally them and make a memorable holiday for everyone, they need an interactive experience that everyone will have the same access to. In order for Rostelecom employees to celebrate the anniversary of the company, we created the 2021 Company Day portal. There they took advantage of 2 exciting opportunities at once: Took part in a quiz. The questions were devoted to the company's achievements in various areas: from corporate activities to charitable projects and ranking rewards. As one answered the question, the system reported whether it was correct, and also provided a little explanation on this topic. At the end, the number of correct answers was counted and the system produced the corresponding motivational text.

Sent personalized congratulations to colleagues. For this portal, for the first time, we implemented a unique postcard creation mechanic: a user answers questions about their colleagues, and the program itself creates a photo fuge according to the answers received. Then, the name of the person was written on the individual postcard, and the name of the unit was put on the collective postcard. Besides, there was a box on the postcard where the person themselves entered the congratulatory text. The postcard could be immediately sent to colleagues by e-mail, as well as saved on a computer or phone. In addition to this project, we created a mask for Instagram so that Rostelecom employees can also congratulate each other on social media.
